All orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear).

We offer tracked shipping with Standard and Express options. Delivery times vary by destination and local postal policies, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days in the U.S. and 6–16 business days worldwide.

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped (often shortly after being placed), changes may no longer be possible.

We offer a 14-day return or replacement policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and returns must be sent back to one of our warehouses with a tracking number.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item doesn’t fit, reach out within 14 days and we’ll help you with a replacement option, which is usually faster and more convenient than a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle care and avoiding high heat. Always check the care label on each item first, as materials can vary.

Clothing

· Wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
· Turn items inside out and use a mild detergent (avoid bleach).
· Air dry whenever possible—if using a dryer, choose low heat.
· Iron or steam on low heat (avoid direct heat on prints, embroidery, or delicate fabrics).
· For delicate pieces, use a mesh laundry bag or consider hand-washing.

Footwear

· Spot clean only with a soft brush or damp cloth.
· Avoid soaking or machine washing unless the care label specifically allows it.
· Air dry away from direct sunlight or heat (no radiators or dryers).
· To maintain shape, use shoe trees or stuff with paper while drying.
· For suede/nubuck, use a suede brush and keep away from water.

Accessories

· Wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
· Keep metals and hardware dry to prevent tarnishing—store in a cool, dry place.
· For bags, avoid overfilling and store them stuffed to help maintain shape.
· Keep accessories away from perfume, oils, lotions, and water.

Storage Tips

· Hang structured garments; fold knits to prevent stretching.
· Keep footwear in a dust bag/box and away from humidity.
